ORDERING

Ordering is easy, fast, and safe with our secure PayPal shopping cart.

Start by adding the items you desire to the shopping cart by clicking Add to Cart from any product page. When the order is ready to be purchased verify the items and quantities in your shopping cart for any adjustments. When finished press the Checkout and/or Check out with PayPal button and follow the easy steps.

The Checkout button allows payment with a debit or credit card as a PayPal guest, no signing up required. The Check out with PayPal button allows payment using an existing PayPal account.

If an item reads Sold Out in the select size/color drop down menu, the item is not in stock. Orders that include sold out items in the shopping cart will be canceled. Please email customer service for information on future availability of a sold out item.

PAYMENT

PayPal accepts Debit Cards, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

When you use your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different than the shipping address. Also please provide your primary email address and phone number. If the billing address you give does not match the one on file at the financial institution, or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.

No sales tax is charged to US customers living outside California. California customers will be subject to paying 8.75% sales tax.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. When checking out please provide a physical ship to address. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we will contact you to get an alternative address which will delay order processing. If you cannot provide us with an alternative address we will cancel and refund your order.

SHIPPING

Packages are shipped out Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on holidays or weekends.

We try to ship most orders within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days for credit card authorization, order processing, and packing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

USA orders placed online are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping times can range from 1 to 5 business days based on your location. Packages are shipped from Southern California, see map below for transit times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped using United States Postal Service.

USPS Priority shipments have a lower cost. Shipping costs typically range between $25 to $45 USD. This service has a 6-10 business day shipping time to your country but does not provide tracking once the shipment has left the United States. Once delivered to your country local shipping times and policies apply. We are unable to provide tracking or delivery information, please contact your local mail service.

International shipping cost is NOT calculated until after the payment for products has been received. There will be no shipping cost listed at checkout. Once the order is confirmed the additional cost for shipping will be sent in a message to the buyers email.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We cannot advise on the amounts of these duties and taxes so please consult your local postal service or customs office before ordering. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To return a product please email 187 Customer Service at info@187killerpads.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

A product may be exchanged or returned if:

• The product is found to be defective. All 187 products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from date of purchase.
• The product has been purchased within the past 30 days, is in its original packaging, and has not been used.

Note: a full refund can only be issued for products purchased through the 187 online store. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order.

Pack all items being returned securely using the original packaging or other cardboard box suitable to protecting the goods while in transit. For your protection, send the merchandise prepaid via UPS or USPS. Both carriers are insured against loss or damage during transit. 187 is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Include the following with your package:

• Your name, return address, email address, and telephone number.
• A brief description of the problem with the product.
• A copy of the original invoice.
• The Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box.

The product must be returned to 187 within 14 calendar days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number.

WARRANTY

Killer Pads Distribution, LLC. warrants, to the original consumer only, that all 187 Killer Pads products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Please see the "Returns and Exchanges" on how to proceed with a defective product.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

187 does not and will not give away or sell your email address or any other personal information.

All orders and account information is processed on secure, encrypted PayPal web pages. In using PayPal checkout, 187 does not have access to debit or credit card information. As a result 187 does not receive or store any debit or credit card information.
